Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates are issued to An Individuals, authorized executives of Organization for Secure email, e-Tenders, Document Signing, Secure Authentication.

The required documents for Class 3 Digital Signature for organizations.

1. Applicants ID Proof – PAN Card.
2. Address Proof – Voter ID or Aadhar Card or Passport or Driving License.
3. Applicant’s Passport with Self Attestation.
4. Organisation PAN Card.
5. Company Registration certificate
6. For Partnership firms – Partnership Deed.
7. Attested copies of company AOA and MOA
8. Latest IT Return
9. Audit Report first 2 pages.
10. GST Registration copy ( 3 pages with Director Photo)
11. 3 Months Bank statement with Bank seal.

All the Documents will be uploaded once it is attested by Gazetted officer or Head Post Mater or Bank Manager. ( Please refer Guide lines before filling the form)
